I build with clarity, act with integrity, and always stay curious.

My Story

Hi, I’m Meagan — an accredited Financial Planner (PFP® & QAFP®) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) based in Ontario, with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and families make confident, informed decisions about their money.

After nearly 20 years climbing the corporate ladder — from junior roles to senior positions within large financial institutions — I’ve had a front‑row seat to how big organizations operate. I’ve worked inside the systems, frameworks, and incentive models that shape how advice is delivered at scale.

That experience gave me something invaluable: clarity.

Over time, I came to understand exactly what I wanted to offer clients — and what I didn’t. I saw where good intentions could be constrained by proprietary products, internal targets, and institutional priorities that don’t always align perfectly with a client’s best interests. While many professionals do their best within those environments, I knew I wanted the freedom to do things differently.

I chose to carve my own path so I could provide truly conflict‑free advice — advice that is not influenced by sales quotas, proprietary products, or embedded incentives. My focus is, and always has been, on objective guidance that starts and ends with your goals, your values, and your definition of success.

Being independent allows me to:

  • Offer advice without product bias

  • Build strategies tailored to your unique situation — not a corporate model

  • Be fully transparent about how I work and how decisions are made

  • Act solely in your best interest, at all times

Today, I bring the depth, discipline, and expertise gained from nearly two decades in the industry — without the conflicts that can come with it. What you receive is thoughtful, experienced financial planning grounded in realism, integrity, and trust.

This is the kind of advice I would want for myself. And it’s the standard I’ve built my practice on.

Driven by passion

Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with high‑net‑worth clients, managing and growing multi‑million‑dollar portfolios and supporting financial decisions ranging from everyday banking to complex wealth strategies. I bring a clear, practical approach to financial planning — because good advice should make sense, feel relevant, and align with the life you actually want to live.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Management and have spent my career in fast‑paced financial environments, including senior roles at major Canadian financial institutions. Most recently, I advised and managed a portfolio of 300+ clients with more than $1.3 billion in combined investment, credit, and banking balances, always focusing on thoughtful, personalized guidance rather than one‑size‑fits‑all solutions.

In Ontario, the title Financial Planner is regulated. As an accredited Financial Planner, I hold credentials recognized by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) under the Financial Professionals Title Protection Act. My designations reflect advanced education, ethical oversight, and an ongoing commitment to professional excellence — so you can feel confident in the advice you receive.

What truly sets me apart is my commitment to exceptional client service. I take the time to listen, ask the right questions, and translate complex financial concepts into straightforward strategies you can actually use. Whether you’re planning for the future, managing risk, or working to maximize your wealth, my goal is to help you feel supported, confident, and in control.

Your finances are personal — and your plan should be too.
